If you participated in a commencement ceremony, you can find your photos online by visiting .
The following two pieces of information are required:
- Last Name of the graduate
- Graduate Year
GradImages庐 is the official photographer for commencement. Your proofs will be available after the ceremony. Pictures may be ordered online, by phone, or by mail. If you have any questions please contact Customer Service at (800) 261-2576 or via email at giservice@gradimages.net.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I order after my deadline date?
Yes! The deadline date is just to ensure you the fastest shipping time. After this date, it may take some additional time for you to receive your order. GradImages holds the photos for two years from the date of the event. After two years have passed, the photos will be removed from the system permanently. Please contact GradImages with questions or concerns
I have questions about my order, how do I contact the photographer?

Can more than one pose be included in the same package?
Yes, GradImages does allow for more than one pose to be selected per package.
Will my printed photos look better than the proof I'm looking at?
Yes, photographs are high-resolution images produced through traditional photographic processes.
Can you center my photo?
No, GradImages cannot change the composition of the photo.
How does your money-back guarantee work?
Contact customer service by phone, fax, or e-mail. Customer Service will give you instructions for returning the photos using the original mailer. Please include a note in the envelope as to why you are returning them. When GradImages receives the returned photos they will issue you a refund check or credit your credit card account for the product amount plus tax.
My photos arrived damaged. What can I do?
Please inform customer service by e-mail which photos arrived damaged and GradImages will be glad to replace them. Although damage to packages during shipping occurs infrequently, GradImages will provide extra reinforcement when shipping your reprints to ensure you will not be further inconvenienced.
